Pinocchio Pinocchio came to the sanctuary when he was no longer wanted by previous owners who bought him as a pet. He had been beaten by someone as he would panic anytime he saw anyone holding something in their hand. It took him about a year to get over that fear and now he loves everyone. He even tries to untie your shoelaces whenever you groom him! He and his resident horse friend, Stardust, play for hours and their favorite game is tag.
